All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you time to properly check the fit and quality of your streetwear pieces.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • Shoes must be returned with original box and all included accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the exclusive nature of limited edition streetwear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited Edition Sneakers (Air Max series, Dunks, Air Force)
  • Final Sale Items marked as such during purchase
  • Items from Additional Collections and special drops
  • Products with removed tags or signs of wear

STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Include the original packaging, all tags, and the completed return form
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email)
  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping tracking number for reference
  6. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

REFUND TIMELINE & METHODS

Once your return is processed and approved:

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new size once we receive the returned item.
